✨ Semi-Private Adult Pilates
- 5:00 PM every Tuesday (1 hr) – $35 per class
- 6:30 PM every Tuesday (1 hr) – $35 per class
✨ Open Community Class
- 9:00 AM every Wednesday (1 hr) – $25 per class
✨ Kids Classes (7–11 years old)
- 3:00 PM every Tuesday (30 mins) – $15 per class
✨ Teens Classes (11–14 years old)
- 3:45 PM every Tuesday (45 mins) – $25 per class

All private in-person work is now offered in a structured package to ensure consistency, progression, and the best outcomes.
Full Package: $1,500
Includes:
-Initial 1.5-hour session
-10 x 1-hour private sessions
-Personalised assessment & movement plan
-Ongoing tailored sessions based on what your body needs that day
Payment Options:
Pay in full: $1,350 (save $150)
Payment plan: $750 x 2 months
✨ Face-to-face work is intentionally higher-touch and limited in availability.
🍃 The Movement Reset – Virtual 1:1 Sessions
A personalised virtual option for those who prefer flexibility or live further away.
-Tailored movement support from home.
-Ideal for ongoing care, accountability, and long-term progress.
-Perfect complement to in-person work or as a standalone option

Yes, absolutely. I’m a certified pre & post-natal Pilates instructor, which means I’m trained to support your body through all stages of pregnancy and after birth. With my clinical background and deep understanding of how the body works, I’ll make sure every movement is safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
Everything can be modified, so you feel comfortable, confident, and supported while moving, always keeping both you and your baby front of mind. 🤍
This really depends on your birth journey and how your body is recovering. If you’ve had surgery or a more complex birth, I always recommend getting medical clearance or checking in with your midwife first.
I’ve had some women return to gentle movement from around 4 weeks post-birth with beautiful results - but remember, there’s no rush to “bounce back”. Your body changes with every pregnancy, and your new normal deserves time, patience, and care. If you’re unsure, book a free 10-minute chat with me and we can talk it through together. ✨
In most cases, yes - with the right approach. As long as you’ve had guidance or clearance from your Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, or health professional, Pilates can be an incredible way to rebuild strength, support your core, and protect your spine as part of your recovery.
